As Google has its Google AdWords service to run PPC campaigns, so does Microsoft has its Ad Center. The PPC campaign and ads that are run from Microsoft platform can be run and managed from Ad Center.

Microsoft is one of the major competitors of Google in every field, especially PPC advertising. However, the ad center of Microsoft earlier was not compatible with Safari and Google Chrome browsers on Mac and PC, because of which Microsoft was receiving many issues from its customers.
Last week Microsoft came up with the resolution to this problem, and announced that it has cleared all the factors that caused compatibility issue with these browsers, and now ad center can be used on both these browsers on both types of operating systems.
Besides being happy about the problem being resolved, online marketers are happier because of the way the resolution of issue was declared. Compared to the traditional long and weird publication, Microsoft announced the news in the form of a blog post.
In addition to the announcement of the big news, the post by Microsoft clearly gives an indication about how much importance does Microsoft pay to the user feedback. Throughout the post, the company emphasized on the point that all these changes have been made pertaining to the needs and requirements of the users, and this point was emphasized repeatedly in the whole post.
The changes made can now be seen, and the ad center is now compatible with safari and Chrome, however, Microsoft still has a long way to go to become at level with Google AdWords, but the way it gives importance to user feedback, it can be speculated that the time is not that far.
